PUBLISHING FOR ENTREPRENEURS

So you have built your own business from the ground up. You feel like the expert in your field. Have you ever thought of writing and publishing a book? Entrepreneurs can make great authors! David Braughler, of Braughler Books LLC, is your book coach and publishing expert for the session and will introduce you to the concept of the ‘Authorpreneur’. Learn how to leverage skills that entrepreneurs are great at – presenting ideas, managing time lines and budgets, and executing on a plan – to show you how to get your book completed.

3 REASON THE INDIE AUTHOR SHOULD CONSIDER HYBRID PUBLISHING

Authors no longer have to select between self-publishing and traditional publishing. Another option has emerged and is gaining ground: Hybrid Publishing.  In this interactive session, you’ll see how blending components of traditional publishing with self-publishing leads to a more effective and profitable way for first time and repeat authors to publish their books!

Panel Discussions

Topics have included “Paths to Publishing”, “6 Steps to Publishing Success”, “What’s the Real Deal? Uncovering the Best Publishing Options for your Book”, and “Professional Skills for Writers”, to name a few.

It’s no wonder David Braughler is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences before audiences of first-time and seasoned authors. As a speaker, book coach, publishing expert and strategist, he’s a knowledgeable source for writers seeking the best publishing avenues for their books.

I asked David to join us at the Windsor International Writers Conference in July of 2018 to discuss hybrid publishing versus Indie and Traditional. I’m so glad I did! He met with attendees in our one-on-one sessions and offered astute and excellent advice on how they could impress agents, publishers etc. so their work would be read.  And when one presenter faltered and lost his way, David stepped in and “saved the day.” In short, he was everything a chairman could ask for when it comes to guest speakers/presenters. If you have the opportunity to hire David as a guest speaker, please do so. You will not be disappointed.
